We always aim to provide and promote low carbon building services design where possible, whilst keeping client expectations and budgets in consideration.
We use industry leading software to undertake dynamic simulation modelling. This includes, but not limited to, thermal comfort analysis (for example CIBSE TM52, BB101), overheating risk assessments, operational energy analysis (for example CIBSE TM54) and daylight analysis.
Our Low Carbon Energy Assessors can provide Building Regulation compliance assessments (England / Wales Part L1A, Part L2A and Scottish Section 6), alongside Energy Performance Certificates for buildings.
We offer sustainability statements to demonstrate climate change mitigation measures comply with Building Regulations or Local Authority energy policies. This also ensures energy remains an integral part of clients development’s design and evolution.
Sutcliffe Consulting offer BREEAM support through all mechanical and electrical related criteria, such as Energy (ENE), Health and Wellbeing (HEA) and Water (WAT).
We currently use Autodesk Revit and are committed in moving forward with our BIM processes, allowing us to provide design solutions in accordance with client BIM requirements.
