Westfield Court Cafe, UNIVERSITY OF HULL

We provided detailed M&E design to convert a shell & core unit into a vibrant on-campus pizzeria. Working with PSV Design, the fit-out included commercial kitchen facilities, servery, hot drinks station, and social seating areas. We also reviewed O&M documentation and completed handover snagging to meet University standards.

Hillingdon decarbonisation scheme- PROJECT VALUE £13,750,000

We delivered RIBA Stage 4 M&E design for one of the UK’s largest Air Source Heat Pump installations, replacing gas-fired boilers across three council buildings. Funded by a £13.75m Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme grant, the project includes a 3MW system at Hillingdon Civic Centre. The systems use non-toxic refrigerants with zero ozone depletion and low global warming potential, supporting Hillingdon’s carbon reduction goals.

F45 GYM, LONDON - Project Value £525,000

We were appointed to undertake the Mechanical and Electrical design role for this 24 hour gym based in Kensington, London. This is the fourth F45 Gym we have undertaken for a Hull based contractor.

Our scope of work included full M&E design (not limited to): Domestic hot/cold water service installation, Internal lighting, Fire Alarm System, HVAC wiring, Access Control and Specification services.

The projects' location (basement) meant that all mechanical ventilation was fitted with limited access to external façade for louvers. Furthermore, the low ceiling height meant co-ordination between M&E services had to be carefully considered.
