Since 2019, we’ve delivered detailed MEP design packages for over ten L’Occitane stores across the UK, including sites in Belfast, Edinburgh, and London. Our scope included fully coordinated drawings, schematics, schedules, and calculations tailored to each location.
In collaboration with Binks Heating Ltd, we developed a detailed Stage 4 M&E design for a net zero building showcasing cutting-edge renewable technologies. Key features include VRF heat recovery Air Source Heat Pumps, a 50kWp solar PV array with a green roof, LED lighting with intelligent BMS controls, water conservation systems, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. This project exemplifies our commitment to innovative, energy-efficient design and environmental stewardship.
Sutcliffe Consulting Engineers were appointed to undertake the design for a number of mechanical alterations for a Debenhams refurbishment ion Reading. This included utilising existing systems, re-routing pipework, ductwork and drainage to ensure alterations to the department store were designed and installed in the most cost effective manner.
